A person that is addicted to drugs will have problems physically and are at risk of death. Their family may be torn apart. They might have financial problems, trouble keeping a job and become unable to maintain important relationships.

Complications of Drug Addiction: Drug addicts are putting themselves at risk for complications every time that they use, the worst possible one being over dosing. An over dose can be fatal.
