The 12 Steps for Addicts and Alcoholics in Recovery at Recovery Life is now available with a complete 12 Step series that describes in detail each of the 12 Steps. I've thoroughly explained how the 12 Steps work, and how they were applied in my own recovery. By applying the 12 Steps to our lives while in recovery, we gain back all that was lost in our active addiction or alcoholism. Not only to we learn to discover our true selves, but we also have an opportunity to grow mentally and spiritually while on our journey through the 12 Steps. Below is an article on each of the 12 Steps. If you have any further questions or comments, then please feel free to fill out my Feedback Form. I'm here to help all those who need assistance and guidance in their recovery. I am forever grateful to the 12 Step Fellowship, and it is now my duty to spread the message of hope that had saved my life. I hope you gain the knowledge that you will need to help guide you through each of the Steps. Enjoy.
